It’s been another amazing Nonfiction November, and as usual, I’ve learned so much and gathered so many new reading ideas. The OC BookGirl is our host for this week’s topic, which invites us to share all the books we’ve added to our TBR. Here are some of mine, with thanks to the bloggers who brought them to my attention:
- World of Wonders at Still Life With Cracker Crumbs
- The Power of Ritual at Silver Button Books
- The Collected Schizophrenias at The OC Book Girl
- The Power of Writing It Down at Lisas Notes
- The Woman They Could Not Silence at Howling Frog Books
What have you added to your list this month? What do you want to read next?
Lots to enjoy among those additions!
What a great event it’s been.
Nice and restrained! I have a few but am waiting to read everyone else’s lists first. Of course, I haven’t added anything from them so far, but if I’d already published I’d spot loads.
I don’t dare to add ALL the books that appeal to me. That list would be endless!
World of Wonders is one of those books that Nonfiction November helped disseminate throughout the blogosphere, I think. Erin at Still Life with Cracker Crumbs always finds the best nature books.
I wasn’t familiar with her blog before, another benefit of this event is discovering so many more great bloggers.
I admire your restrain at being able to add only 4!!
I did try to limit it to a semi-reasonable number, though I could have added many more.
What a striking cover on World of Wonders. After reading the Goodreads description, I might give it a go if I come across a copy at the library. One non-fiction title I recently added to my TBR is The Wordhord: Daily Life in Old English.
That one looks fascinating and I’d not heard of it yet! So many books….
